About You

You're passionate about customer service and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. You take pride in providing a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for passengers and are excited by the opportunity to represent both Ritchies and Dunedin to visitors from around the world.

You'll be flexible, reliable, and available to work during the busy cruise ship season, including weekends and public holidays.

Your Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident engaging with domestic and international visitors
• Ability to provide informative and engaging commentary
• Physically capable of handling passenger luggage (up to 20kg)
• Minimum NZ Class 2 Licence
• P Endorsement
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving standards
