TWL Timaru are looking for a Parts Junior on a part-time permanent contract. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting our leading truck and trailer brand while kickstarting your career in the transport industry!

The role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include

-

Building customer relations to make our Branch go-to supplier

-

Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter

Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales

-

Checking off incoming goods and putting them away

-

Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock

To succeed in this role, you will need

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in the automotive industry

A strong desire to learn and advance in your career

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Keen attention to detail

Proficiency with computer systems

Previous customer service skills
