About The Role

Join our expanding Product organization as an Associate Product Manager. You will be assigned to a dedicated domain and take end-to-end product ownership. Your responsibilities will include driving product execution, defining backlogs and requirements, cross-functional collaboration, and measuring impact.   • Drive Product Execution: Partner closely with software engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship features within your assigned domain.
  • Define Backlogs & Requirements: Conduct user research, analyze metrics, and write clear user stories and specifications to maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders across operations, legal, risk, compliance, or finance to turn business requirements into user-friendly digital products.
  • Tools & Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and familiar with user story creation and rapid prototyping
  • Work Ethic & Execution: Solution-oriented and proactive, with strong ownership, attention to detail, high resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Experience: Initial experience gained through relevant internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or a fast-growing startup—ideally within fintech, banking, or complex environments
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Product & Industry Passion: High level of adaptability, continuous willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for digital products, technology, and investing/finance
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English (company language); German language skills are a strong plus/advantage
  • Communication & Stakeholders: Clear and concise communicator in English (written and verbal), capable of bridging technical, operational, and business discussions across engineers, stakeholders, and executives
