Senior Cost Accountant

Join True Anomaly, a pioneering company in space security. As a Senior Cost Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of program costs across the business. You will work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to build scalable cost accounting processes and take full ownership of cost data within the general ledger. • Assurer l'exactitude et l'intégrité des coûts des programmes non liés au travail, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient complets, précis et correctement intégrés dans nos systèmes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et financières pour suivre, valider et rapporter les coûts des programmes tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Posséder le processus de comptabilité des stocks de bout en bout, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la conformité à travers la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les opérations.

• Previous Aerospace and Defense experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills. Able to convey cost and financial information clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders including program managers and operations leaders
• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem solving skills, high degree of ownership, and strong attention to detail
• Experience with government contract accounting, FAR/CAS standards, and DCAA compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on project, cost, or program accounting
• OTHER
• CPA or CMA a plus
• Demonstrated experience owning inventory accounting processes and working cross functionally with supply chain and operations
• Work Location: This position will be onsite 4 to 5 days per week, with openings available at our Long Beach, CA facility or our Colorado location
• Prior NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, with experience in cost accounting principles and project based cost structures
