Enterprise Sales Manager (Platforms)

Join Adyen, a leading global financial technology platform, as an Enterprise Sales Manager focused on our Platform business. In this role, you will drive new revenue by building and expanding strategic reseller, channel, and platform partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, focusing on net-new customer acquisition, and collaborate closely with our global Product team, Account Management, and Professional Services teams. • Driving new revenue by building and expanding strategic reseller, channel, and platform partnerships.
• Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, focusing on net-new customer acquisition, while leveraging a dedicated DACH BDR team.
• Identifying, pursuing, and closing software platforms and marketplaces opportunities to expand Adyen’s ecosystem.
• Strong commercial strategist, capable of selling on value and shaping bespoke partner-led monetization models
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, including experience selling a platform or embedded-tech solution
• Proven success building and scaling reseller, channel, or platform partnership motions
• Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives and technical decision-makers
• Experienced in navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals
• Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, embedded payments, fintech, or related technology fields
