Innovation Brand Manager

Join our team as an Innovation Brand Manager, where you will lead the launch of several innovative products and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting to prioritize innovation, manage project timelines, and communicate project status across the organization. Additionally, you will support revenue forecasting and pricing analysis, and assist in the development and procurement of key launch materials. • Lead the launch of several innovations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and retailer partners.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting to prioritize innovation and own project timelines, key milestones, and project status tracking.
• Develop and manage timelines and key milestones to achieve successful product launches, and support in cross-functional project management and communication of project status.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, passionate and enthusiastic to work in a fast-growing company
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, customer marketing, innovation, or project management
• Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or pet industry highly preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience using tools like Excel for forecasting
• Ability to travel within the US and Canada (approximately 10%)
• Strong project management skills to support a rapidly growing business with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
