Director of Product Management (Security & Data Governance)

Join Druva, a leading data security company, as the Director of Product Management for Security & Data Governance. In this high-impact role, you will lead execution and team leadership across our data security portfolio, driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment. You will engage with customers, analysts, and partners to maintain a pulse on the market and optimize the product and customer experience. This is a player-coach role that requires deep engagement with teams, customers, and stakeholders on a daily basis.

• Lead execution and team leadership across the data security portfolio of products, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Develop vision and product strategy in collaboration with product leaders and executives, and build and execute on product roadmap.
• Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to maintain a pulse on the market, driving the R&D roadmap and business impact.

• Strong execution and stakeholder management
• Experience managing senior PMs
• Security domain expertise (EDR/AV, SOC Workflows/Products, GRC workflows/products)
• 12+ years experience; 8–10 years in product management
• Analytical and data-driven
• Continuous learner who has a roll up your sleeves approach to keeping up with the latest in technology
• Hustler with a keen sense of agency, can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
