Sales Development Representative (Italian Speaker)

Join Insider One as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, following up with prospects, understanding customer needs, and maintaining our prospect database. We're looking for individuals who are hungry for success, have a passion for market research, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Native proficiency in Italian and excellent command of English are required.

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, and brainstorming with the team on how to generate interest in Insider One's products.
• Maintaining and expanding the prospect database in assigned segments, and driving results that create an impact.
• To be honest, we are not looking for a Sales Development Representative, that’s merely a title. What we are looking for is Hunger! For people who are hungry to go out and play in the major leagues even though they have no name, sit down and drive results that create an impact, and go out of their way to get things done when it matters most. We’re looking for freshers who possess the energy, passion, drive, and most importantly, the desire to prove themselves and create an impact
• Previous SDR experience
• University degree in a related field
• Native proficiency in Italian
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• A fair understanding of the e-commerce markets would be a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• A fair understanding of digital marketing or experience in a customer-oriented position
• Fresh perspectives are something we value
• A passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
