About The Role

Join Clio, a leading cloud-based legal technology company, as a Platform Engineer specializing in Azure Infrastructure. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the Azure infrastructure that supports Clio's production environments.   • Design, build, and maintain the Azure infrastructure supporting Clio’s production environments, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Implement and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, collaborating with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and overall developer experience.
  • Lead cloud optimization projects, improving performance, cost efficiency, and security posture, while mentoring and guiding team members.
  • You’re an experienced Azure engineer who thrives on building infrastructure that just works — scalable, secure, and self-healing
  • You’re obsessed with automation, love digging into cloud architecture, and enjoy mentoring others on best practices
  • You communicate clearly, solve problems creatively, and bring both curiosity and calm to complex challenges
  • You understand what great DevOps looks like — continuous delivery, observability, feedback loops — and you know how to turn those principles into reality
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Coding skills in Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go
  • Solid understanding of Azure services
  • Strong expertise with Terraform and infrastructure automation
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with a focus on knowledge sharing and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
  • Deep experience designing, deploying, and operating Azure infrastructure at scale
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
  • Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) in production environments
  • Expertise in Azure cost management, scaling, and multi-account strategies
  • Prior experience in platform engineering or developer productivity teams
