About The Role

Join Board Intelligence, a company that values culture and is committed to scaling across geographies and expanding into new products. As a People Experience Advisor, you will play a crucial role in protecting and growing our culture, bringing in great talent, and supporting various P&C initiatives. You will have the opportunity to run programs end-to-end, build relationships across the business, and plan engaging company-wide events.

  • Support the in-house Talent Acquisition team and the Senior Talent Partner with day-to-day recruitment activity across the business, and run Board Intelligence's graduate hiring programme end-to-end.
  • Drive participation for all P&C related surveys, taking engagement survey scores and translating them into practical, visible initiatives that employees actually feel.
  • Plan and run engaging company-wide events – from away days to culture and engagement initiatives – that bring people together and reinforce what makes Board Intelligence a great place to work.
  • Comfortable working with survey data and engagement scores, translating them into a credible narrative and initiatives people actually feel, not just a dashboard
  • 2–4 years' experience in employee experience, engagement, internal communications, events, recruitment, or EA support, ideally within a multi-site or international business
  • Proactive by nature – you spot what needs doing and get on with it without waiting to be asked
  • You come from an events management, recruitment, or EA background – HR experience isn't necessary, but a genuine interest in moving into People & Culture is essential
  • A genuine track record of getting people to actually turn up, comfortable measuring and improving participation, not just running events
  • Confident operating close to a CPO; a direct communicator who doesn't need heavy oversight
  • An engaging extrovert who builds rapport quickly and enjoys being the visible face of an initiative
  • Project-focused – you like owning a programme end-to-end and seeing it through, rather than just organising a one-off event
