Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate math lessons that align with the National Curriculum requirements for the Primary Stage.
• Create a vibrant and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for mathematics.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and maximize student engagement.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset through diverse learning activities and challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine teaching methodologies and stay updated with educational best practices.
• Contribute to fostering a strong school community through collaboration with colleagues and participation in school events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification with a focus on Primary Education is preferred.
• Experience teaching mathematics aligned with the National Curriculum is a plus.
• Strong understanding of effective educational practices and methodologies for primary-level teaching.
