About The Role
- 1.负责公司年度培训需求调研、计划制定与组织实施，涵盖新员工入职培训、管理能力发展、专业技能提升等项目，确保培训覆盖率、满意度及转化效果；
- 2.设计并运营关键人才发展项目（如高潜人才计划、后备干部培养、轮岗实践等），协同业务部门开展人才盘点、发展评估与个性化成长路径规划；
- 3.建设与维护内外部培训资源库、讲师队伍及人才发展工具体系，持续优化学习平台使用体验与数据应用能力。
- 4.统筹管理公司外事工作，包括因公出国（境）审批、签证材料准备、外事政策解读与合规指导，维护与政府外事主管部门的沟通协调；
- 5.协助制定年度招聘计划，发布岗位并筛选简历，协调安排面试；
- 6.负责办理员工入转调离手续，协助处理工伤、退休、人才引进等相关事宜；
- 7.协助公司年度绩效考核方案制定、修改，协助开展年度考核活动。
- 1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育学、公共管理或相关专业背景优先；
- 2.沟通能力强，工作积极主动，学习能力强；
- 3.具备良好的跨文化沟通能力与英文书面表达能力（CET-6或同等水平），可熟练处理英文培训资料、外事函件及涉外协调事务；
- 4.熟练使用主流学习平台、人才管理系统及数据分析工具（Excel高级应用、Power BI基础操作）。
