About The Role
- Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations for smooth service.
- Greet guests and ensure exceptional, personalized dining experiences.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain IHG service standards and brand policies.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across dining areas.
- Assist in daily setup, table arrangements, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for seamless workflow.
- Support efficiency during high-volume periods while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, stock control, and reporting.
- Promote a positive team culture and motivate staff for high performance.
