Job Description

• Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
• Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).
• Manage department priorities and optimize workflows to meet the production demand as scheduled by Supply Chain.
• Ensure produced products meet or exceed quality specifications.
• Meet or exceed production and employee budgetary guidelines.
• Lead the department’s innovation and process improvement activities to identify and reduce/eliminate waste.
• Oversee and maintain a safe work environment, providing necessary training and ensuring the team performs job functions safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a production environment with a high level of understanding of production equipment and methods.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and act upon potential and existing problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate and instruct while fostering a positive work environment.
• Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
