Cage - Main Banker Overnight (Full Time)

• Opening and closing cage staff and properties, ensuring all main banks and cashier banks are opened, closed, and verified daily.
• Supervising frontline bankers and cashiers, coaching, training, and reviewing their performance to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Investigating, recording, and reporting all cage variances, and taking necessary disciplinary actions when required.
