• Proactively collect debt and escalate non-paying accounts to the appropriate internal teams.
• Post cashbook entries from bank feeds and allocate incoming receipts accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between affiliate platforms and Business Central, working collaboratively with external partners to reach resolution.
