About The Role

Join our legal department as a Paralegal, where you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and reducing risk. You will draft, review, and organize various agreements, support attorneys during negotiations, maintain an organized contract management system, conduct legal research, and coordinate across departments. Strong attention to detail and a solid grounding in contract law and company policy are essential.

  • Draft, review, and organize a range of agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
  • Maintain an organized contract management system, including filing, indexing, and tracking key dates such as renewals and expirations.
  • Support attorneys during contract negotiations by preparing summaries, tracking redlines, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management as it relates to contracts
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and standard contract provisions
  • Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on contracts or corporate law
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited organization (e.g., NALA, NFPA) preferred
  • Advanced skills with legal research tools and contract lifecycle management platforms
  • Experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in contracts, preferred
  • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain contract databases and track deadlines, preventing compliance lapses
