Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth in the Middle East and Africa region. This individual contributor role will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will involve working closely with various internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for local financial compliance, day-to-day financial reporting, liquidity management, statutory audits, regulatory reporting, and more.

• You're an experienced finance professional with a background in financial controlling, audit, advisory, or management accounting, within Banking, FinTech, or financial services.
• You have strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, such as for capital, inter-company transactions, transfer pricing agreements and management of financial risks.
• You have a deep understanding of UAE financial reporting standards and IFRS, coupled with expertise in financial resources controls and industry-specific regulatory rules.
• You're skilled at data analysis, improving controls and internal processes, and managing complex stakeholder groups (like the Board, Auditors, Advisors, and Government Authorities).
• You thrive in a flexible environment, working with various teams on projects and ad-hoc requests.
• You're a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with uncertainty, able to organise your work with minimal guidance.
• This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE.

Salary band: 40,500 - 52,500 AED Monthly
