As a Financial Crime and Disputes Investigator, you will play a crucial role in protecting our UK and US customers from fraud and financial crime. This hands-on position involves investigating financial crime cases, resolving fraud cases, and supporting vulnerable customers. You will work collaboratively with various teams to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.

• Investigating and processing financial crime cases, including due diligence reviews, KYC refreshes, and financial crime alerts.
• Investigating and resolving fraud cases, including unauthorized transactions and chargebacks, in line with card scheme rules and regulatory timelines.
• Identifying and appropriately supporting vulnerable customers and victims of fraud throughout their case, ensuring they receive fast and fair outcomes.
