Senior Director of Product

Join Runna, a beloved consumer app recognized by Apple, as the Senior Director of Product. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for Runna's core product, lead the core-product management team, and drive outcomes across the training, coaching, and community experience. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, and growth to create experiences that enhance activation, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence Runna's product and culture from the beginning.

• Own Runna's core product strategy and roadmap, and drive execution against clear outcomes.
• Lead and develop the core-product management team, including managing managers.
• Partner with the design, engineering, data, growth, and GTM to ship experiences that move activation, engagement, and retention.
• A track record of owning product strategy end-to-end for a core consumer surface and translating it into shipped outcomes that move business metrics
• Experience scaling a product organisation and its operating rhythm
• Substantial experience leading product management teams, including managing managers across several product areas, in a consumer product business
• Subscription, retention, or monetisation product fluency is a plus
• Strength in both product craft (discovery, prioritisation, experimentation) and people leadership
• Comfort making data-informed decisions and clear trade-offs under ambiguity
• Excellent cross-functional partnership with design, engineering, and data, and credibility with senior stakeholders
• Experience in fitness, health, or subscription products is a plus
