Product Manager (AI Capabilities)

Join our AI Capabilities team as a Product Manager. In this role, you will drive the development of reusable, composable AI capabilities, including Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, and data science to deliver powerful and user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of product management experience, a strong background in agentic systems, and a passion for building AI-native products.

• Identifying and addressing user and platform problems to enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver powerful and understandable product experiences.
• Driving alignment and communication across teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong experience with product management and leadership
• Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration
• Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products
• Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership
• Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement
• Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts
• Strong experience working with data and metrics
