About The Role
Join the Woodland Trust, the UK's largest woodland conservation charity, as a Programme Lead for the Free Trees for Schools and Communities initiative. In this hybrid role, you will manage and develop the woodland creation project, support various teams, ensure adherence to statutory requirements, monitor the scheme's effectiveness, and line manage a team. You will also manage budgets and report to stakeholders. - Deliver the Woodland Trust's free tree packs for schools and communities alongside other new funding schemes against targets and contractual funding requirements.
- Support other teams such as marketing and communications, digital and fundraising to develop case studies, create new digital systems and manage marketing and communication material.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the scheme, managing risks and opportunities, and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.
