Driver Operations Executive

Join Freenow, a leading taxi business in Spain, as a Driver Operations Executive. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of drivers and fleet partners, drive key marketplace KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to improve marketplace performance and the overall driver experience. • Gestión de una cartera de conductores y socios de flota, actuando como su punto de contacto de confianza.
• Impulso de los KPI clave del mercado mediante la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y la implementación de iniciativas.
• Colaboración con equipos de operaciones centrales, producto, marketing y soporte para ejecutar proyectos operativos locales.
• You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders with confidence in Spanish and English
• You genuinely enjoy building long-lasting relationships and working closely with people
• You are analytical and use data to prioritize actions, identify opportunities and measure impact
• You take ownership of operational challenges in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing competing priorities to continuously optimize processes and elevate the driver experience
• Previous experience in Operations, Marketplace Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Community Management or Account Management is a plus
• You are customer-centric while maintaining a strong commercial and operational mindset
• You have good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM, Zendesk or BI tools is a plus
• You are comfortable proactively engaging with drivers and fleet partners through regular communication and outreach
