Legal Counsel (M/F)

Join Roundtable, a rapidly growing company in the heart of Paris. As a Legal Counsel, you will work on complex legal questions across Europe, focusing on corporate, tax, and regulatory matters. You will collaborate closely with various teams and have the opportunity to grow with the company.

• Assurer une veille juridique continue pour identifier les opportunités d'innovation juridique et garantir que l'entreprise est toujours à la pointe de ce qui est faisable.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, vente et opérations pour définir, automatiser et améliorer nos processus juridiques.
• You have a Master’s degree in law obtained from a European university.
• You have **4+ years of professional experience**, including experience at a **top-tier law firm, leading institution, or similarly demanding legal environment**.
• You have developed strong expertise in at least one legal field (Corporate, tax or regulatory), while being **curious and comfortable going beyond your core area of expertise**.
• You are fluent in English and French. Additional European languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate extreme rigour and integrity.
• You master legal research.
• You have a strong interest in the business and you are able to work effectively within a team (including with non legal colleagues).
• You have a strong interest in the business and enjoy **working collaboratively with both legal and non-legal teams**.
