Business Intelligence Manager

Join Resolver as a Business Intelligence Manager, where you will own the internal business data, work with teams across the company to define and source data, and build infrastructure for scale and security. You will also explore new data sources, evaluate new tools and processes, and create and maintain documentation. Additionally, you will develop and launch high-quality dashboards, administer Tableau Cloud, and serve as a reporting resource for all divisions. You will also mentor and coach your team, serve as an ambassador for the department, and report to the executive team on the business impact of the BI infrastructure.

• 5+ years work experience in business intelligence and data analysis
• Post secondary degree is required
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Ability to leverage an analytical mindset to improve process
• Strong alignment to deadlines and the ability to prioritize competing priorities
• Background in analytics, mathematics or another quantitative field would be amazing
• Ability to translate business process design into system design
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo)
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar data platform. (Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with the platforms' AI capabilities
• Expert in SQL
• Ability to understand data to provide insights that will improve performance of both individuals and the team
