SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W) – 4 month 100% Fixed-term contract

Join Fusalp, a premium French ski and mountain lifestyle brand, as a Sales Associate in Crans-Montana. In this role, you will engage with local and international clients, understand their needs, and create a personalized shopping experience. You will actively contribute to sales targets, develop strong product knowledge, and participate in daily operations. A successful candidate will have a customer-facing experience, a genuine sales mindset, and a passion for fashion and the mountain lifestyle.

**What will help you succeed**

We are looking for someone who enjoys the energy of retail and genuinely likes to sell. You are naturally proactive, comfortable approaching clients and motivated by both individual and team performance.

Crans-Montana is a seasonal and client-driven environment. You will spend most of your time on the sales floor, creating relationships and commercial opportunities.

In our boutique, everyone contributes: selling, clienteling, stock, deliveries and presentation standards are a shared responsibility.

**Must-have**

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where sales and service are central.
• A genuine sales mindset: you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
• Energy, initiative and the ability to create positive momentum on the sales floor.
• Reliability, team spirit and a hands-on attitude.
• English is required.
• Availability to commit to the full winter season, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

**Nice-to-have**

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
• French, German or any additional language.
• Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
• An interest in fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle or technical apparel.
