Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist
Coverflex · Braga, Portugal
About The Role
Join Coverflex as a Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist, where you'll build and own the systems that drive our go-to-market engine across four European markets. You'll work at the intersection of Growth, GTM, Ops, Data, and AI, supporting Marketing, Sales, and Product. This role requires a proactive, execution-driven mindset and a strong understanding of how these functions work together.
- Ability to own multiple projects and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Ops, marketing or sales automation
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI workflows
- A track record of building and shipping systems, automations or workflows that solved a real business problem
- Experience connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations
- Strong experience with n8n or similar workflow builders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex problems into clear systems
- Familiarity with concepts like RAG and MCP
- A strong understanding of how Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Ops work together
- A business mindset, with a focus on growth, speed, reliability, and measurable impact
- Don’t check every box? That’s fine. If you’re curious, technical, business-minded, and love figuring out better ways to build and run GTM systems, we’d still love to hear from you
- Execution-driven: you know your impact today, your plan for tomorrow, and what needs to happen to move your projects forward
- Transparent: you communicate clearly about what you've built, how it works, what could break and — importantly — how you use AI in your work
- Deeply curious: you constantly question how things could be done differently, faster, or more effectively
- Creative and analytical: you think boldly and unconventionally while maintaining a strong focus on measurement and business impact
- Proactive by default: you don't wait for instructions or predefined playbooks — you bring ideas and test hypotheses
- Pragmatic and tool-agnostic: you care about solving the problem, not using a particular tool. You'll buy, build or combine whatever gets to the best outcome
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you move quickly and run experiments that may fail, because you know breakthrough growth comes from exploration
- Experience building AI agents, SDR/BDR systems, or internal GTM tools
- Experience managing, testing, and versioning prompts
- Experience with tools like Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot, Apify, Segment, or BigQuery
- Basic JavaScript, Python, or SQL
- Experience documenting systems and enabling non-technical teams to use them
- Experience working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops
- Experience working across multiple European markets
