Senior Finance Business Partner

Join our team as a Senior Finance Business Partner for the Ireland business within Growth Markets. You will be responsible for financial management, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive improved performance and growth. The role requires travel to Ireland and a strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory compliance.
• Conducting monthly reviews of major project finances, preparing budgets/forecasts, and overseeing cashflow forecasting.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• The role will require travel to Ireland

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
• Demonstrable growth mindset, strong record of collaboration
• ERP Oracle experience is a requirement
• Strong academic record
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and exposure to Power BI
• A qualified accountant with several years’ experience (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Attention to detail, resilient and agile
• Strong people skills; comfortable in interacting with delivery, sales, functional and operational staff at all levels of seniority
• Experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Well-developed commercial knowledge and business understanding
• Good, analytical decision-making and problem solving skills as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
• Broad understanding of tax and compliance matters relevant to the geography
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Well-developed communication and influencing skills
