**Location:** In-Home – **Bellevue, TN**
**Pay:** $26 - $28 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

**About the Role**

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

**Qualifications**

  • **Active RBT Certification (required)**
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
  • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
