How You’ll Contribute The Senior Scientist, Drug Delivery is a highly experienced, hands-on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, optimization, and scale-up of innovative drug delivery systems for ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and combination products. This role provides scientific leadership in formulation and process development, with a strong emphasis on sustained-release technologies, polymer-based delivery systems, and advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing approaches. The position advances programs from early feasibility through clinical and commercial readiness and partners closely with CMC, Analytical Development, Nonclinical, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external development partners
