FIN_Plant Commercial_4 (1058)

• Handle product costing including BOM validation, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (material, labor, overheads)
• Prepare and review monthly cost sheets and MIS reports
• Conduct cost variance analysis and highlight key deviations with actionable insights
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities for plant operations
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation with accounts
• Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams for cost optimization
• Drive cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Assist in financial closures (monthly/quarterly/yearly) related to plant costing

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting & manufacturing accounting
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems (preferably SAP CO module)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel & data analysis
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 4+ years in manufacturing industry, preferably in costing
