• Excellent use of ICT tools, good communication, superb leadership & presentation skill are very necessary for this role.
• A good human resource post graduate degree puts an applicant at advantage
• Individual should not be less than 45 years of age and expected to have successful directed HR operations of blue-chip manufacturing company for up to 15 years
