About The Role
Processor Job Description: Detail-oriented, organized and customer focused individual. Receives contract, opens file, and orders search. Receives search from underwriter. Clears title Orders Lien Search Once title is clear, assigns file to closer. Notifies closer with any issues on Title and/or lien Search. Communicates with Sellers any documents that are needed in Order to clear title. Multi training with Closers and Warehouse Coordinator. EEO Employer
