Title : Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition Location : Mumbai, Head Office Experience : 2–4 Years Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition resource to drive end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong recruitment mindset, demonstrate bold decision-making, be data-driven in approach, and excel at managing multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels. • Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely closure of positions. • Negotiate compensation and manage offer roll-out and candidate engagement until joining. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruitment data, reports, and candidate records. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, or related field. • Experience in Talent Acquisition across 3PL, supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, mobility, warehousing, e-commerce logistics, or other allied service-driven industries.
