M&E Coordinator

We are seeking a driven MEP Project Coordinator to join our project construction team where you will assist in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Because our projects utilize a highly collaborative Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery model or a Design, Build, Finance model, you will work directly with design partners, client representatives, and trade subcontractors during the critical development phase to mitigate risks and refine construction execution. We are looking for someone who is working in the ICI and P3 buildings sector and strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ICAT.
