Control Room Supervisor

The Control Room Supervisor oversees automation system performance through master HMI.

Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Saturday - Sunday, 7:00AM - 8:00PM

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.

• Monitor system alarms and equipment status
• Coordinate responses with floor technicians
• Maintain system utilization and troubleshoot order flow
• Plans the daily work schedule
• Ensures shipments/deliveries to meet shipping & on-time delivery goals through proper allocation of manpower.
• Monitors daily productivity and safe working practices.
• Helps manage the workload and work distribution to meet goals.
• Coordinates and plans employee training, development, performance management and corrective action.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must have 2+ years of prior work experience with automation, control room experience, or distribution

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior work experience in a leadership position and in a multi-shift warehouse/distribution or manufacturing environment
• Have WMS/WCS system knowledge
