Maintenance Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

• Performs minor and major electrical/mechanical repair of processing and support equipment and facility grounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications/ Requirements

• 3+ year experience as a maintenance mechanic
• Experience with air compressors, gear boxes, pumps, valves, hydraulics.
• Use of hand tools, power tools
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience with CMMS work order system, MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work varied hours whenever necessary to achieve the desired results, including call-ins and overtime.
• Strengths in the following character qualities: dependability, resourcefulness, patience and flexibility.

Candidate Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience welding metal
• Technical School degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
• experience working on tractor trailers
