Talend Catalogue Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talend Data Catalog Specialist to manage, implement, and optimize data cataloging solutions using Talend tools. The ideal candidate will ensure data governance, metadata management, and data discovery capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Talend Data Catalog (TDC) solutions for enterprise data environments
• Configure metadata ingestion from various data sources (databases, ETL tools, BI platforms)
• Develop and maintain data lineage, data profiling, and impact analysis
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and governance teams to ensure data quality and compliance
• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
• Manage business glossaries, data classifications, and tagging
• Support data discovery and self-service analytics initiatives
• Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and optimize performance
• Integrate Talend with other tools (e.g., ETL, cloud platforms, BI tools)
• Provide user training and documentation for data catalog usage
