As a Hostess , you’re not just handling guest inquiries – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Welcome Guests: Meet and greet guests, offer choice of seating, then escort them to their table and present menu
• Manage reservations and pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign tables, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival; Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
• Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
