About The Role
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Sale of business assets
- Sale of property at auction
- Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
- Landlord and Tenant transactions including: leases; renewals; licences to assign, licence to sublet and licence to alter applications; surrenders
- Pension scheme transactions including in specie transactions
- Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession
- Dealing with Section 25 notices
- Acting on behalf of management companies
- At least 4 years PQE within a fee earning role
- Pension – The Peoples Partnership, 3% employer and 5% employee contribution which can be increased. Auto enrolled after 3 months but can join sooner if you wish.
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Christmas week closure.
- Holiday purchase scheme – Purchase 3 extra days per year. (Reviewed annually)
- Bonus holiday scheme (up to 12 additional days leave a year, for each monthly income target achieved).
- Annual bonus related to achievement of fee income targets. ( Fee earner only)
- Hybrid working after successful probation period of 3 months. ( Fee earner only)
- Online training courses.
- Cycle to work scheme.

- Medicash Scheme and EAP (enrolled after a 3 month probation period)
