About The Role

Join our team as a Security Advisory Manager at our Head Office. In this role, you will lead the Security Advisory practice, define and strengthen the advisory strategy, and drive the evolution of Security Advisory. You will provide technical leadership, act as a senior security advisor for strategic initiatives, and manage the team's workload and priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in information security, strong knowledge of security principles and frameworks, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in French and English is required.

  • Lead the Security Advisory practice at Head Office, ensuring strong technical direction, consistent advisory quality, and alignment with cybersecurity and business objectives.
  • Define and strengthen the advisory strategy, ensuring the team is positioned to support modern digital, cloud, infrastructure, application, data, and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the evolution of Security Advisory from reactive project support toward a scalable, structured, and proactive security-by-design capability.

Profile description

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 8 years of experience in information security, with strong experience in security advisory, secure project delivery, and security architecture consulting.
  • You have previous experience leading or managing security professionals, advisory teams, project security activities, or transversal cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Experience working in enterprise or complex environments, particularly in a consultative capacity with stakeholders across IT, business, risk, architecture, and cybersecurity functions.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, including cloud, application, infrastructure, digital, or business technology initiatives from a security perspective.
  • Experience with similar work management tools such as Linear, ClickUp, or JIRA for activity tracking, workload visibility, backlog follow-up, dashboards, and management reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, OWASP Top 10, cloud security frameworks, and enterprise security governance practices.
  • Strong ability to define security advisory direction and translate cybersecurity strategy into practical guidance, scalable practices, and delivery expectations.
  • Strong understanding of security-by-design, secure architecture principles, threat modeling, and pragmatic risk mitigation.
  • Ability to assess complex initiatives, identify key security risks, challenge design decisions, and propose balanced solutions that support both security and business delivery.
  • Strong understanding of how to align security decisions with business objectives, project constraints, risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and enterprise priorities.
  • Ability to use data, dashboards, and insights to support prioritization, workload management, risk escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus: CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF with security focus, CCSP, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
