Sales Leadership Development Associate (24-month Rotational Program)

Join Mondelēz International as a Sales Leadership Development Associate (SLDA) in a 24-month rotational program. Gain broad exposure to the Sales organization through diverse assignments and formal training. Develop leadership capabilities and analytical skills, build a strong network of supporters, and secure a permanent full-time management role upon completion of the program.

• Participer à un programme de rotation formel offrant une exposition à l'ensemble de l'organisation des ventes.
• Développer une connaissance pratique de nombreux domaines clés des ventes grâce à des expériences dans la vente directe, la gestion des personnes et des comptes, l'analyse des données, le développement client et la planification des ventes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
• Valid Drivers’ License as a company vehicle will be provided to you
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Strong leadership potential and student leadership experience
