YouTube Account Management Intern (6 Month Internship)

Join our Social Video Growth Team as a YouTube Account Management Intern for a 6-month internship. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of small accounts, assist the senior account management team, and support the optimization of YouTube videos. This internship offers real, hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the SaaS, digital, and tech/software industry.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of small accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct active communication with clients via email and video calls to present results, propose strategies, and resolve doubts.
• Assist in finding and claiming content on the platform for larger enterprise accounts, and support the optimization of YouTube videos.
• Fluent/Native English level (Mandatory)
• Strong interest in the SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry
• Comfortable using video-conference tools and eager to learn how to interact with B2B clients
• Available for a 6-month full-time (or part-time) internship
• Passion for Sports and a strong interest in the LATAM landscape and TV rights
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop)
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with YouTube as a platform; any previous academic or personal experience managing a channel is a big plus
• Academic background or basic knowledge of Intellectual Property and sport rights
• Fluency in any additional languages
• Familiarity with SalesForce or any other CRM
