Lead Automation Engineer

As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and owning the testing strategy for your domain, driving automation, and ensuring quality is engineered in from the start. You will also serve as the mission team's expert on central automation frameworks and coach developers and junior QA engineers on automation best practices.

• Definir y ser responsable de la estrategia de pruebas integral para su dominio, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de extremo a extremo en asociación con el líder del equipo de QA.
• Actuar como el principal contribuyente para la automatización; diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pruebas automatizadas robustas (API, UI, móvil).
• Servir como el experto del equipo de misión en los marcos de automatización central, impulsando la adopción consistente de los procesos CI/CD y las puertas de calidad.
