AI Product Engineer

Join Capital on Tap, a fast-growing fintech company focused on providing financial solutions for small businesses. As an AI Product Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling the Engineering and Product teams to effectively use AI to deliver high-quality products and services faster. You will be responsible for developing agentic systems, building an internal AI enablement hub, integrating testing and verification tools, and driving initiatives across engineering teams. This is a hybrid role based in London.

• Developing agentic systems and orchestration layers to help the company ship products faster.
• Building "AI on Tap", Capital on Tap's internal AI enablement hub, to enhance AI capabilities across the organization.
• Working with QA and Platform teams to integrate agentic testing and verification tools across the deployment pipeline.
