Business Strategy Manager

In this role, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff on strategic decisions, lead multi-week strategic projects, and play a key role in the quarterly OKR process and annual strategy planning. • Lead multi-week strategic projects, such as market sizing, competitive positioning, and growth investment cases, that directly inform decisions made by Runna leadership.
• Play a leading part in Runna's quarterly OKR process and annual strategy planning cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Partner with functional leads across Product, Marketing, and Finance to support and push the thinking across initiatives, turning strategic priorities into concrete plans.
• Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or subscription/D2C business models is a plus
• Strong analytical expertise, with a track record of structuring and solving problems from first principles
• A high level of ownership: you follow through on your work rather than handing it off - Three to five years in management consulting (MBB) is a plus
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, where the problem isn't handed to you fully formed - The ability to move quickly without losing rigor, and to hold several priorities at once as they shift
