Staff Product Manager

Join Fyxer, a high-growth startup on track to hit $100M in revenue by the end of 2026. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own our most important product bets from discovery to delivery, working directly with the Head of Product, CTO, founders, and senior engineers. You will have significant autonomy, operate at speed, and move fluidly across the full product lifecycle.

• Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched product.
• Work directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable product owner, not a coordinator.
• Frame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or just shipping and measuring.
