Legal Intern

Join Harbinger, a dynamic startup in the electric vehicle industry, as a Legal Intern. In this 8-week or 15-week internship, you will support the General Counsel and Legal Team in various legal and business matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and government affairs. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-paced startup environment while working closely with a cross-functional team.

• Assister à la rédaction, à la révision et à la modification de contrats (NDA, accords de fournisseur, accords clients, etc.).
• Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des questions de conformité et des incitations pertinentes pour l'industrie des véhicules électriques commerciaux.
• Travailler sur des initiatives d'affaires gouvernementales, y compris la recherche politique et les stratégies d'engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1L or 2L preferred)
• Interest in startups, hardware, automotive, or sustainability is a plus, but not a requirement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
