About The Role
Join Reward as an Insight Channel Partnership Manager, where you'll be responsible for growing partner revenues, overseeing data delivery, and creating growth plans. You'll work cross-functionally with various departments and have the opportunity to build international partnerships. Strong experience in data, analytics, and commercial planning is required.
- Oversee the delivery of data to existing partners and run meetings to govern partner relationships.
- Work with different departments to prioritize and implement plans to deliver target revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into commercially viable products or solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into commercially viable products or solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver client solutions
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, consumer insights, or intelligence-led products and services
- Experience forecasting revenues and contributing to commercial planning and growth strategies
- Experience managing complex commercial relationships and building commercial partnerships
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent partnership initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience leading or supporting client-facing engagements, including executive stakeholder management and governance forums such as QBRs
- Positive and adaptable

- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
