Senior FP&A Analyst

Join our Commercial Finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. In this newly created permanent role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive the financial performance of the Group. You will take ownership of the forecast model, analyze large data sets, and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making. This role offers high exposure to the Director of Commercial Finance and CFO. Ideal candidates will have strong financial modeling skills, a passion for numbers, and prior experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.

• Ownership of the rolling forecast model for the Group, ensuring forecast assumptions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Producing weekly and monthly variance analysis against forecast with clear explanations on the key drivers of change.
• Driving process improvement across planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles by utilising automation and AI.

• You are analytical, commercially-minded and have a strong attention to detail but can also zoom out and see the big picture
• Confident communicator, able to clearly summarise information for senior stakeholders
• Exceptional excel and financial modelling skills
• Proactive and forward thinking with a passion for driving improvement
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in an FP&A or Commercial Finance role and/or Advisory experience (e.g. Transaction Services / Management Consulting)
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc), SQL skills are a plus
